Conte makes 7 changes in the FA Cup & Chelsea still advance #WOLCHE
Part 1: Wolverhampton Wanderers Review
Chelsea 2-0 Wolverhampton Wanderers, FA Cup
Saturday, February 18th | Molineux Stadium
- Pedro, 65'
- Costa, 89'
1. Conte put in a whole new defense excluding Moses as a wingback. What did you make of their performance today and who was your standout defender?
From a tackles statistic, it looks like the Chelsea backline held their own, but do they paint an accurate picture on the day?
2. People were discussing if Costa should start: people in favor suggested he could get a goal or two against a lower team and boost his confidence while the other side said to just rest him and let him refocus mentally. Conte chose to play him and to me, he seems like a player who, even during a slump, wants to play and score. He got his goal, even though it was right at the end, but how did he do?
3. Question 3: We talked last week about how Chelsea just weren’t clinical in front of goal (13 shots, but only 2 on target). Was this week’s FA Cup match a sign that last week was only a minor bump and that Chelsea overall are still sharp?
The next round of the FA Cup will be played on Saturday, March 11th and here are the fixtures:

Part 3: Swansea City Preview
Chelsea vs. Swansea City, Premier League
Saturday, February 25th | Stamford Bridge
Swansea had the week off since they were knocked out of the FA Cup back in the 3rd round by Hull City. Expect them to be well rested and ready to go with Paul Clement at the helm:
Remember the last time we played the Swans… this lineup doesn’t even look familiar!
